Adam graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law. He practices and counsels in the area of immigration, bankruptcy, and federal matters (such as securities violation, white collar crimes and narcotics). He also teaches immigration law at the Dallas County Community College District – El Centro campus. Prior to working in private practice, Adam worked at the U.S. Small Business Administration and the Texas State Securities Board. He also clerked for Justice Karen Angelini at the Texas Fourth Court of Appeals, the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, and a law firm in Austin, Texas. Adam is licensed by the State of Colorado and admitted to practice before the U.S. Fifth Circuit, all U.S. District Court for the Districts of Texas, all U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Districts of Texas, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. He is a member of the State Bar of Colorado, the Colorado Bar Association and a member of the CJA Panel Attorney.
