The purpose of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority is to cultivate and encourage high scholastic and ethical standards, to promote unity and friendship among college women, to study and help alleviate problems concerning girls and women in order to improve their social stature, to maintain a progressive interest in college life, and to be of service to all mankind. Our mission is to create positive change by building a stronger far northwest Dallas community by providing forward thinking services concerning youth, leadership, health, economics, social justice, and human rights. We serve the neighborhoods in and around Denton, Frisco, Little Elm, Prosper, and The Colony. Our membership is dedicated to the education, development, and success of these communities. Omega Alpha Omega Chapter is a premiere, professional, forward thinking service organization.
