Since 1987, the Akwa Ibom State Association of Nigeria (USA), Inc. has served as the cultural and social backbone for Akwa Ibom citizens in the Dacula, GA area and throughout America. Operating under the motto of "Relentless Giving, Advocacy, & Volunteerism," this 501(c)(3) non-profit organization embodies a deep commitment to fostering unity, preserving heritage, and empowering community members. AKISAN USA believes that unity is the foundation for uplifting the community, honoring cultural traditions, and creating meaningful opportunities for all Akwa Ibomites in the diaspora.
The organization's heart lies in its people and their shared values. With 35 active chapters across the United States, AKISAN USA creates spaces where members connect, support one another, and work collectively toward shared goals.
