Lawyer, Master In Bussines Law (MBL) and Professor in Adolfo Ibañez University, with Post Degree from University of Stanford-UC, Rock Center for Corporate Governance, “College Directors “, Thomson Reuters “Business Taxation”, Universidad del Desarrollo “New Approaches to Corporate Advisory”, Universidad Finis Terrae “Contracts and Taxation” and Universidad Mayor “International Economic Relations” His practice focuses on Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Consumer Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, has represented a broad range of clients, including purchasers, sellers, investors, financial advisers, and others. He has actively participated as lecturer in seminars on comercial and consumer law. Also he has published several books in consumer law like “Tarjetas de Crédito no Bancarias y su nueva Regulación”, Editorial Legis año 2006 and “IBC Prevención de la Publicidad Engañosa”, Editorial Legis año 2010.
