About American Indian Christian Mission
Based in Show Low, Arizona, American Indian Christian Mission exists with a singular purpose: to evangelize and equip Native Americans for Christ. For years, AICM has served the Navajo and White Mountain Apache communities with compassion and conviction, recognizing that the challenges facing reservations—family breakdown, addictions, abuse, and hopelessness—require spiritual solutions rooted in the transformative power of Jesus Christ.
The organization's leadership believes that meaningful cultural change begins with individual spiritual renewal. AICM teaches that those who accept Christ experience genuine transformation, becoming new creations with the power to break cycles of addiction and despair. This conviction drives every aspect of their work in the Show Low community and beyond. Rather than viewing Native American communities as fundamentally different from others, AICM identifies the same root issues present everywhere—rebellion against God—and offers the same hope available to all people.
Through their boarding school, family ministry teams, and Blue Bus outreach, AICM demonstrates their commitment to holistic transformation. They don't simply serve students on campus; they enter family homes to show how Jesus can set families free from bondage. This relational, presence-based approach reflects AICM's belief that lasting impact comes through living examples of faith and education working together. The organization invites volunteers, donors, and community members to partner in their vision of seeing Native American communities transformed from within through Christ-centered leadership and education.
