Armenian Community Centre of Hamilton
About Armenian Community Centre of Hamilton
The Armenian Community Centre of Hamilton is a hub for the Armenian community in the Greater Hamilton Area. We are an inclusive community centre preserving Armenian culture in Hamilton.
A place for Armenians in Hamilton, and from around Southern Ontario to gather and share in their culture.
The Armenian community centre was built around 1950 on Princess St., where most Armenians settled post genocide. It was then sold in 1995 when the community had bought a building on Barton St., renovated it to suit their needs and now use it for cultural events, and as a place to get together, and meet new Armenians.
