About Baraa Kahf
Baraa Kahf's practice includes several areas of intellectual property law, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation, with an emphasis on computer software and information technology. He has represented clients in litigation involving banking software, mobile phones and GPS software and hardware, pulse oximetry technology, dental implant design and surgery planning software, diesel engine combustion technology, and portable power generators.
In addition to his litigation experience with Knobbe Martens, Baraa has served as a Deputy District Attorney at the Orange County Superior Court as part of the Trial Attorney Partnership program, where he tried multiple cases before juries and conducted numerous hearings and oral arguments as first chair trial attorney.
He's now the Vice President - Disputes and Litigation at Qatar Airways.
