ABOUT THE EVENT
Bayside Gospel Concert Aboard the Midway is one of San Diego’s premier cultural and community celebrations, bringing together music, inspiration, and purpose on the iconic USS Midway flight deck.
The event attracts a diverse audience from across San Diego County, Southern California, and beyond—uniting communities through the powerful and unifying art form of African American gospel music.
This year’s theme, “A Celebration of Women Empowerment,” aligns with nationally recognized moments honoring women, including National Women’s Day and Women’s Equality Day. The evening will uplift, celebrate, and honor women who are making a lasting impact in our communities.
