Black Organizing for Leadership and Dignity (BOLD) is a mission-driven national organization rooted in the belief that Black organizers deserve comprehensive support and professional development to achieve their full potential. Serving the New Market, TN community and beyond, BOLD operates as a training intermediary committed to advancing progressive change through strengthened Black leadership. The organization understands that lasting social transformation requires building the capacity and sustainability of organizers working at the grassroots level. BOLD cultivates a community of practice where Black organizers can access training, coaching, and technical assistance from experienced practitioners who understand the unique contexts and challenges they face. The organization's values center on equity, sustainability, and collective power-building, recognizing that individual organizer development contributes to broader movement strength. By investing in the professional growth of Black organizers, BOLD contributes to the long-term viability and effectiveness of organizing efforts throughout the nation. The organization fosters relationships among alumni and partners, creating networks of support and shared learning.
