In this interactive seminar, beer writer and international beer judge Ruvani de Silva will explain what beer competitions are, how they work, and why they are important to the industry. Attendees will learn about the judging process, key criteria for beer quality , how style guidelines work, and how beer judges become qualified.
The session concludes with an interactive tasting where participants will judge beers using style guidelines in the same way as professional judges.
Attendees must have a Beer/Wine Tasting Package to add this session.
