About Canadian Federation of University Women-Ottawa
Established in 1910, CFUW-Ottawa, is an voluntary, self-funded, non-partisan, non-profit organization of about 450 women.
The Club represents many countries and many creeds and is open to all women who support the mission of CFUW to strive to promote equality, social justice, fellowship, and life-long learning for women and girls.
CFUW-Ottawa will be a dynamic, diverse women’s organization that is dedicated to supporting the education and rights of women and girls, that is recognized in and valued by our community and that provides opportunities to members to socialize, educate and advocate.
CFUW-Ottawa is part of a national and international women’s organization dedicated to women’s and girls’ education and rights. CFUW-Ottawa provides its members with opportunities to socialize, educate and advocate in ways that are tailored to their interests and expertise.
