Commercial Real Estate Women Network Minnesota
About Commercial Real Estate Women Network Minnesota
Founded in 1995 by a small group of local women in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, Commercial Real Estate Women Network Minnesota (MNCREW) has grown into a vibrant community of over 270 professionals committed to transforming the commercial real estate industry. What began as a grassroots initiative inspired by the power of CREW Network has evolved into a vital arena where women hone leadership skills, develop meaningful relationships, and collaborate to advance their careers. MNCREW is built on four core values that guide its mission: Excellence in professionalism and integrity, Community through inclusion and support, Leadership through collaborative development, and Advancement through meaningful connections and education. The organization recognizes that every member contributes to collective success and is dedicated to developing and elevating women to positions of influence within commercial real estate. MNCREW connects members by creating dynamic, supportive environments where knowledge and experience are shared freely, where peers from every discipline engage in meaningful dialogue, and where educational programs drive real change in the industry. The organization also serves as a force for activism, encouraging members to be involved in their communities and committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. As part of the global CREW Network movement, MNCREW members benefit from connections with over 14,000 professionals worldwide while maintaining strong local roots in the Minnesota commercial real estate community. Since its inception, MNCREW has remained an important resource for professional development, relationship-building, and collaborative advancement of women in commercial real estate.
