Commercial Real Estate Women Network Tucson
About Commercial Real Estate Women Network Tucson
Founded in 2002, Commercial Real Estate Women Network Tucson represents a community-driven mission to connect and empower women in commercial real estate throughout the Tucson, Arizona area. What began as a vision to create opportunities for commercial real estate women has grown into a vibrant organization of around 100 members who believe in the power of relationship-building and mutual support. CREW Tucson members are united by a commitment to transforming the commercial real estate industry by advancing women globally while strengthening local connections within Southern Arizona.
At its core, CREW Tucson operates on four foundational pillars: business networking and dealmaking, leadership development, career outreach, and industry research. The organization creates a dynamic and supportive environment where professionals from every discipline in commercial real estate can share knowledge, engage in provocative dialogue with peers, and learn from one another's experiences and insights. Beyond formal networking programs, CREW Tucson members are encouraged to be forces for activism and community involvement, recognizing that their collective impact extends far beyond business transactions. The organization works alongside CREW Network Foundation to bring more women into commercial real estate through educational programs, college scholarships, and mentorships for those new to the industry. By fostering genuine connections and providing meaningful development opportunities, CREW Tucson empowers its members to succeed while contributing to positive industry-wide change and expanded opportunities for all women in commercial real estate.
