Travel with us to eastern China and discover the bold, savory traditions of Shandong cuisine, one of the country’s most influential culinary regions. With Chef Victoria Cosner as your guide, you will learn to prepare Moo Shu Pork, a flavorful stir-fry layered with vegetables and delicate seasoning, served with tender Mandarin pancakes for wrapping and savoring each bite. Join us for a hands-on evening of cooking, tasting, and gathering around the vibrant flavors of Shandong, China.



About the Cooking Class Experience

Participants will receive a welcome glass of bubbly and enjoy a guided tour of the Pippin Gardens before venturing into the kitchen for an interactive cooking demonstration. Then, they’ll break into groups to dive into hands-on cooking, working through each recipe together. Each guest will receive two drink tickets to enjoy glasses of wine expertly paired with the evening’s cuisine. After the lesson, guests will gather in our Tasting Room for a family-style dinner to enjoy their culinary creations alongside additional dishes prepared by our kitchen team.



The price of your ticket covers a $150 class fee and a 20% service charge. Please be aware that the listed price of your ticket includes all applicable sales taxes as required by law in Virginia.

Cancellations

Refunds requested more than 7 days before the event can be processed through Eventbrite, excluding their service fee. For cancellations within 7 days, a Pippin Hill Tasting Room gift card will be provided.
