The Chinatown History and Culture Association is a nonprofit organization aiming to promote Chinese American History and Culture. Based in the Bay Area of Northern California, CHCA works with other community organizations to help promote San Francisco's Chinatown, as well as Chinese communities around the country. By organizing events and activities, CHCA has drawn many visitors to San Francisco's Chinatown to not only learn more about Chinese history and culture, but to support the local businesses which are vital in maintaining the cultural enclave.
