About Davide Michele De Rosa
Davide De Rosa deals with international commercial disputes and assists Italian and foreign investors in international commercial transactions in China, Hong Kong and Europe, with a particular focus on Italy.
Qualified to practice law in both Italy and England and Wales as a Solicitor, Davide has been assisting clients on complex legal and commercial matters, cross-border and cross-sector, mainly in the European Union and Asia, for over 15 years.
Before moving to Hong Kong, he worked in corporate law at leading law firms in Milan.
Davide is a point of reference for important multinationals, trade associations and clients with activities of interest in Europe (particularly in Italy) and Asia.
He graduated in Law in 2002 at the University of Insubria in Como.
He is a member of the Milan Bar Association and of the Solicitors of England and Wales.
He is Vice President of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and Macao, and President of the European Committee of the General Chamber of Commerce of Hong Kong.
He speaks Italian and English.
