Mr. Stupel opened his law office on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach in 1990 and has focused his practica exclusively on criminal defense for the past twenty three (23) years. Mr. Stupel has extensive trial experience. He is licensed in the United States Distric Court for the Southerm District of Florida and has handled a vast array of criminal cases in Federal District Court. Mr. Stupel represents criminal clients across the State of Florida and in other States. Mr. Stupel is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar. He is also a member of the Miami Beach and American Bar Association and a member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
