Please join us as we celebrate, understand and appreciate the influence that black (African Diaspora) artists have had in shaping the music industry we know currently. Join us as we highlight Black artists that have helped shape world music to what it is today.
Dress comfortably and prepare to work out and burn calories! Move your body, relax your mind, and learn ways to stay heart healthy. There is something beautiful about collaborative dance routines. Participants will learn a variety of routines to fun, lively music and we will also discuss healthy eating and stress management.
