I enjoy working with people on their paths of healing, self-discovery, and personal growth. I strive to create meaningful connections with my clients and believe warmth, understanding, and care are at the foundation of each therapeutic relationship. I view therapy as a collaborative process and will listen to your goals and needs to create a personalized plan for our time together. I primarily work with individuals, families, and couples experiencing trauma, family conflict, divorce, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, stressful life transitions, and other mental health concerns.
I utilize narrative therapy, humanistic and existential approaches, and mindfulness-based practices in my work with clients to create an integrative and holistic experience in therapy.
