Since 2007, I have exclusively engaged in the area of family law, with 100% of my practice devoted to complex matters involving property distribution, income, child custody and support matters, maintenance, and discovery of hidden assets and income.
Prior to establishing Gan Law Group, I worked at one of Chicago's top family law firms for seven years honing my skills as a zealous litigator and a tough negotiator
In 2014, I was named by Super Lawyers Magazine as a Rising Star in the area of Family Law, a designation reserved for the top 2.5% of all Illinois attorneys under 40.
I am committed to representing each client according to the highest professional and ethical standards, irrespective of the client's background, size of the marital estate, level of income, or the complicated nature of the case.
I am excited to announce that effective July 1, 2014, my firm will be providing mediation services in all areas of family law, offering clients an opportunity to sit face-to-face with their respective spouse to create a settlement within the confines of Illinois law.
I am also fluent in Polish and proud to serve and counsel the Polish-American community of Chicago in all aspects of family law.
