About GRIS 5th Anniversary Soiree & National Honor our LGBTQ Elders Day
Come celebrate GRIS's 5th Anniversary with a party to honor our LGBTQ elders - it's going to be a night to remember!
This special evening will be a wonderful opportunity to celebrate, connect, and support Golden Rainbows of Illinois South and our LGBTQ elders in Southern Illinois. There will be a brief award ceremony, a fundraising auction, music from the legendary Tawl Pawl, and a cash bar provided by Alto Pass Vineyards, the oldest vineyard in Southern Illinois.

The mission of GRIS is to help the aging 50+ LGBTQ community and aging members living with HIV in Southern Illinois overcome the disparities due to the lack of equative services available to them. We are committed to giving the 50+LGBTQ community and those aging with HIV a sense of purpose and improving their health and well-being in legal, health, housing, medical, history, and social engagement. GRIS is celebrating 2 years as an organization and recently received 501c3 status
