What began as a small community effort has grown into a trusted, multi-county provider of comprehensive support services rooted in the belief that strong, healthy families form the foundation of resilient communities. Formerly known as the Hispanic Family Center, HFC honors its legacy while expanding its mission to serve immigrant and underserved families across diverse backgrounds. The organization's five decades of service reflect an unwavering commitment to empowerment through care, compassion, and collaboration.
