GRADUATING SENIORS

PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING WITH YOU:

I. TRANSCRIPT.

II. TEST SCORES.

III. IF RECEIVING VACCINATIONS:

A. Insurance Card if insured. You can still receive shots if uninsured.

B. Your Shot Records. (Ask your school for a copy if you do not have a copy.)

1. Good idea to bring and allow Health Staff to verify you have all required shots to enter college.

IV. Please complete Admissions & Academic Scholarship Applications in advance and proceed to Recruiter Table with your questions.
