Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement

Serving the Chicago, IL community and beyond, the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE) has been a trusted resource for Latino professionals since 1982, working to positively impact the American workplace through talent cultivation and career support. HACE's mission centers on providing Latino professionals with the insight, access, and support necessary to succeed throughout their careers while building a robust pipeline of diverse leadership talent. The organization is guided by core values of achievement, inclusion, accessibility, excellence, and leadership—principles that shape every program and interaction. HACE recognizes that increasing representation in industries with historically limited Latino presence fosters stronger innovation, equity, and success for everyone involved. The organization believes that effective workforce development strategies expand talent pools while cultivating genuine cultures of belonging and engagement. Through their extensive network of over 105,500 members, HACE creates meaningful connections between aspiring and current professionals, offering community support, peer learning, and access to career opportunities. Their vision extends beyond individual success to a world where Latinos reach their full potential for themselves and their communities. HACE's comprehensive approach addresses career development from high school through the boardroom, recognizing that meaningful representation requires intentional investment at every level. By centering inclusivity and accessibility in all their work, HACE demonstrates that diverse talent development strengthens entire organizations and communities.
