The Inland Empire Association of Realist® (IEAOR) was one of 3 California Chapters chartered in early 2010 under the direction of the late Mr. Henry O. Currie III, Region XV’s then Regional Vice President. The small, new board that consisted of 5 board members and 5 general members quickly flourished into more than 100 members over the next 12 months. This rapid growth is attributed to the heart and determination of the membership to diligently fight for “Democracy in Housing” which is the principal motto of The National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) our National organization and The California Association of Real Estate Brokers (CAREB) our State organization.
Our territories consist of both Riverside and San Bernardino Counties which gives us the largest area of all of the 11 California Chapters. Over the past decade we have put on a vast number of phenomenal community outreach and educational events that have greatly increased the knowledge and practice of the importance of home-ownership and retention to the unserved and undeserved in our local communities. Our commitment and dedication to continually bring relevant and up to date information to our real estate practitioners so that stay current with the trends in our ever changing real estate market.
