About Iranian American Society of Daytona Beach
The Iranian American Society of Daytona Beach is a non-profit, non-political, and non-religious organization based in Volusia County, working to promote the Iranian culture through literacy & social events.
In 1997, a group of approximately 60 Iranian Americans from Volusia County gathered to form an organization to introduce Iranian art and culture to their community.
The mission of Iranian American Society (IAS) was written as to promote the Iranian culture and to engage in a cross cultural, educational exchange through literacy and social events.
The purpose of Iranian American Society is to promote understanding of the Iranian culture through the exchange of people, ideas and the arts.
