Korea Finance Society represents a vibrant community of Global Korean finance professionals united by shared heritage and professional excellence in New York, NY and across the United States. As a tax-exempt nonprofit organization, KFS is dedicated to fostering meaningful connections among Korean and Korean American finance professionals while empowering the next generation of talent through education and mentorship. The organization's mission centers on building an expansive, lasting community that promotes professional development and enables members to give back. With 250 fellows from 20 different schools who have successfully placed into 50 firms across 8 cities, Korea Finance Society demonstrates tangible impact in advancing Korean American representation in finance. The organization currently supports 20 senior mentors and 100 junior mentors actively engaged in guiding emerging professionals. Beyond individual career advancement, KFS actively contributes to the broader Korean and Korean American community through volunteer initiatives with organizations like the Korean American Family Service Center and participation in government dinners and community events. The organization serves as a bridge connecting Korean finance professionals with government agencies and businesses seeking to strengthen US-Korea economic relationships.
