Ksenia A. Maiorova, Esq. is a Russian-speaking immigration attorney and the Managing Attorney of Maiorova Law LLC. She is a graduate of the world-renowned Berkeley School of Law and a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. With her practice limited exclusively to federal Immigration & Nationality Law, Attorney Maiorova is fully licensed to represent clients before US Citizenship and Citizenship Services, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals. Her passion for immigration law is borne of her own experience as an immigrant to the United States from St. Petersburg, Russia. Ms. Maiorova has successfully represented clients in a variety of complex immigration matters, with a focus on sports visas and green cards as well as on L-1A and E-visas for immigrant investors and entrepreneurs. Ms. Maiorova's previous professional experience as a corporate attorney at one of the world's leading corporate law firms in London enables her to better serve the needs of the firm's business and investor clients. In her spare time, Ms. Maiorova enjoys traveling, volunteering, mentoring youth and following college football.
