Focusing on the BIG THREE of lifting (Squat, Bench, Deadlift), this challenge pushes novice and experienced lifters to the next level!
When we say all-abilities, we mean it. If one of the BIG THREE is not right for you, our staff will work with you to find a varied lifting option.
