I am specially trained in EMDR for trauma, Gottman for couples, family systems, CBT, and drawing on therapeutic tools like internal family parts, polyvagal theory, and neuroscience. My expertise lies in aiding clients to stabilize anxiety, improve self-regulation, and refine Executive Functioning (EF) skills.
