About LUNA - A Persian Sound Bath Experience
Join us for a Persian sound bath under the full moon with ritual, poetry & healing frequencies guided by Elmira Shahzeidi.
Full Moon magic returns to the rooftop. 🌕✨
LUNA is more than a sound bath, it’s an immersive Persian‑inspired healing experience designed to transport you into a mystical realm of renewal. A gentle sound‑healing journey to soften the heart, calm the body, and guide you back to yourself. Come settle into the frequency of peace. 💫🎶
Under the Miami Beach moonlight at The Meridian Hotel, ancient rituals meet modern sound healing. Guided by Elmira Shahzeidi, we gather to awaken the senses and align the soul.
✨ THE LUNA EXPERIENCE:
🌿 Grounding: Gentle stretching to open the body.
🎶 Soundscape: Crystal bowls blended with Persian melodies.
🌹 Sacred Rituals: Rose water cleansing, flower release, and the burning of sage for protection.
📜 Poetry: Soul-stirring Persian verses to inspire the heart.
🍵 Nourishment: Saffron-infused tea, signature iced tea, and dates.
🕊️ EARLY BIRD SPECIAL: Secure your early bird spot for only $33 before the price increases!
