Welcome to my profile! I am a licensed clinical psychologist in New York and Massachusetts with about a decade of clinical experience diagnosing and treating children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of mental health challenges. I earned my Ph.D. at Columbia University and am currently an Instructor in Psychology at Harvard Medical School and Staff Psychologist at the Baker Center for Children and Families/Harvard Medical School.

I provide therapy for adults and kids with specialization in empathetic, science-based therapy and data-driven progress monitoring. I know how difficult it is to find the right provider and therapy is expensive. That is why I am passionate about science-backed therapy that can lead to gradual changes within six months.
During treatment, we will work together to identify therapy goals and treatment progress will be monitored through weekly data. I am certified in several evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy for Selective Mutism (PCIT-SM), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
