NetKAL Inc., serving the Los Angeles, CA area since 2005, is an organization founded on the belief that Korean-American professionals have tremendous potential to create positive change in their communities and society at large. Recognizing the unique perspectives and capabilities of accomplished professionals from Korean-American backgrounds, NetKAL was established to provide a platform for these leaders to grow, connect, and contribute meaningfully. The organization brings together professionals from various industries through its signature six-part leadership development program, which goes beyond traditional training to foster authentic relationships and shared commitment to community service. What distinguishes NetKAL is its emphasis on sustained engagement—the organization doesn't simply complete a program and part ways. Instead, it nurtures a vibrant global alumni network that continues to inspire members to pursue community service and effect positive change long after their fellowship concludes.
