About Nicola Casper-Hoesl

I am an attorney qualified in Germany and licensed as a foreign legal consultant in Colorado, USA.

I advise domestic and international clients on all types of German legal matters, mainly in the fields of Employment and Labor Law, Inheritance Law and Immigration Law. ​

Being able to explain German legal procedures to American and/or International clients in their native language is a big comforting factor to many of my clients. I am fluent in German, English and Italian.

German clients appreciate the international perspective and experience of my profession. Due to the cooperation with the law firm Hösl, Hösl & Dr. Hösl, we are able to enforce German claims before all German courts as well.

I have gained my legal experience working for international law firms in Berlin, Munich and London. ​​
