Session Breakdown
Fireside Chat: Leadership
Leadership, Lessons & What No One Tells You Along the Way
An intimate conversation with a senior leader about the journey behind the title and the pivotal decisions, relationships, setbacks, risks and opportunities that shaped their career. Beyond the résumé, this conversation explores the lessons learned along the way, what leadership looks like at different stages of success and the responsibility to create opportunities for those coming next.
Session I: Health & Wellness
Ambition Without Erosion
Balancing High Achievement with Personal Well-Being
Success should not require sacrificing your health, relationships or sense of self. This candid conversation explores how professionals and entrepreneurs can pursue ambitious goals while managing the demands of leadership, family, wellness and life outside of work. The focus is not on becoming less ambitious—it is about building success that is sustainable.
Session II: Building Financial Certainty
Rising With Certainty
Success—whether inside a corporation or as a business owner—rarely comes from a single big break. It comes from a series of deliberate financial and career decisions made consistently over time.
This panel brings together professionals and entrepreneurs to share the actual steps they have taken to build financial certainty, including how they have made high-stakes decisions, managed risk and built wealth alongside—not instead of—their careers or businesses.
Session III: Professional Development, Relationships & Growth
Who’s in Your Corner? Building the Bonds That Help You Rise
The right relationships can change the trajectory of a career or entrepreneurial journey. This conversation examines the role of mentors, sponsors, advocates and professional networks in creating access and opportunity.
Panelists will share how to build authentic relationships, identify people who can help accelerate growth and ultimately become advocates for others.
