Founded in March 2016, the Ohio Chinese American Association (OCAA) emerged from a community response to civil rights challenges facing Chinese Americans and Chinese immigrants. What began as a grassroots effort by seven dedicated volunteers has grown into a vital advocacy organization serving Columbus, Ohio and the surrounding region.
