Pakistan Society of North Texas
About Pakistan Society of North Texas
For over 40 years, the Pakistan Society of North Texas has been the heart of the Pakistani American community in Fort Worth and surrounding areas, serving as the oldest registered Pakistani organization in North Texas. Founded in 1984, PSNT operates as a non-political, non-profit social organization committed to building an inclusive, unified community where people of all backgrounds and affiliations come together regardless of differences. The organization's mission centers on fostering leadership, youth development, and meaningful civic engagement while celebrating the rich cultural heritage of Pakistani Americans. PSNT believes in the power of community connection—hosting annual cultural celebrations, organizing community events, and creating spaces where Pakistani Americans can connect, learn, and thrive. The organization also extends its commitment beyond the Pakistani American community, actively cooperating with local organizations from other communities in Fort Worth to build bridges, solve community problems, and promote interfaith and intercultural understanding. Under new, dynamic leadership comprised of accomplished professionals from all walks of life, PSNT is revitalizing its mission to provide not only quality social and cultural events but also essential services for those in need. Whether through consular assistance, youth scholarships, educational seminars, or cultural programming, PSNT remains dedicated to empowering Pakistani Americans in Fort Worth while contributing meaningfully to the diverse fabric of North Texas society and strengthening the bonds between the United States and Pakistan.
