Pakistani American Congress

Founded in 1990, Pakistani American Congress (PAC) represents a vital community institution for Pakistani Americans across North America, with headquarters in Paramus, New Jersey. As an umbrella organization connecting multiple Pakistani associations, PAC embodies a non-partisan and non-religious approach to community building, creating spaces where individuals from all backgrounds can unite around shared cultural heritage and mutual support. The organization's mission centers on promoting goodwill and understanding between the people of the United States and Pakistan while safeguarding the civil rights and liberties of the Pakistani-American community.

PAC's strength lies in its ability to mobilize community members around meaningful causes and celebrations. The organization brings people together through cultural events, educational programs, and advocacy efforts that amplify the voice of Pakistani Americans in the civic sphere. With an open membership structure that welcomes both community members and allies, PAC creates opportunities for individuals to participate in shaping the future of their community. Through the dedication of its Board of Trustees and Executive Committee, PAC continues its legacy of service, ensuring that the Pakistani-American community in Paramus and beyond has a strong, unified voice in matters affecting their interests and well-being.
