Parisima Zandi joined Wilson Vukelich LLP in 2012 as an associate in the Litigation Group where her practice has a particular focus on commercial and corporate litigation matters, as well as bankruptcy and insolvency matters.
Parisima regularly handles various commercial and corporate litigation matters involving breach of contract, franchise litigation, civil fraud and shareholder disputes. Parisima has assisted with and attended on complex litigation matters, drafted materials for the Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal, the Federal Court and has attended court appearances, mediations and discoveries on behalf of clients.
Parisima is fluent in French and Farsi and welcomes the opportunity to provide legal services to the Iranian and francophone communities.
