Fresh Start's Peer Consulting & Networking Group offers an opportunity for female mental health providers of color to come together as part of Fresh Start’s commitment to provide a safe & reliable space to connect and hopefully increase the representation of providers of color and their longevity in the field in Arizona.
Our group offers opportunities for mental health providers of color to:
Foster collegiality and community
Provide and receive guidance on complex cases, ethical issues, countertransference, and more
Increase personal well-being
Decrease professional burnout
This group is FREE and open to any and all female mental health providers of color in the Arizona community!
