Since 1999, Persia House of Michigan has served as a vital cultural institution for the Persian American community across Michigan and the tri-state area. This non-religious, non-political 501(c)(3) organization was founded on the principle of creating a strong network rich in ideas and people dedicated to supporting and promoting Iranian culture. With a mission to preserve Persian traditions while bridging two cultures, the organization has grown to include over 300 active members and operates through 20 specialized committees that reflect the diverse interests and needs of the community.
What sets Persia House of Michigan apart is its deep commitment to intergenerational connection, with particular emphasis on engaging Iranian youth in cultural preservation. The organization recognizes that maintaining cultural identity abroad requires intentional effort and community support, which is why it creates meaningful opportunities for members to celebrate together.
