Peter Saad is the principal legal counsel at Saad Law. After his completion of a commerce degree and an MBA at McMaster University’s DeGroote School of Business, Saad graduated from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law. Upon graduation, Peter was engaged at one of the world’s largest and most prestigious law firms, Shearman & Sterling LLP. Playing an integral role at the firm’s offices in both New York and Toronto, he facilitated over $50 billion worth of transactions and worked with leading lawyers and professionals around the world.
His establishment of Saad Law reflects the ideal combination of Wall Street-Bay Street high-level service and a small-business, client-focused, advice-centred approach.
