PFLAG Cape Girardeau was founded in 2015 with a vision to transform hearts and minds in the Cape Girardeau, MO area by creating a world where diversity is celebrated and all people are valued. As part of the largest organization dedicated to LGBTQ+ people, their families, and allies, the Cape Girardeau chapter carries forward a legacy of love, acceptance, and community empowerment that spans nearly 400 chapters nationwide with over 250,000 members and supporters.
The organization's foundation is built on loving families united with LGBTQ+ people and allies who support one another through every stage of life.
