Since 1981, PFLAG North Jersey has stood as a beacon of acceptance and support for families navigating the journey of having LGBTQ+ loved ones. What began with 25 concerned parents has evolved into a vibrant community organization serving Glen Ridge and the surrounding North Jersey region, now representing the voices and experiences of thousands of families who might otherwise feel isolated.
At its heart, PFLAG North Jersey celebrates family in all its diverse forms. The organization brings together parents, families, and friends in warm, welcoming meetings held in the Montclair area, creating spaces where people can share experiences, find understanding, and build lasting connections.
