Polish Center of Wisconsin
About Polish Center of Wisconsin
The Polish Center of Wisconsin is home to the Polish community and symbolizes our identity in the greater Milwaukee area. The Center is owned and operated by the Polish Heritage Alliance, Inc., a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation dedicated to preserving and promoting Polish heritage and culture.
Our mission is to promote the understanding and appreciation of Polish heritage and culture as embodied in traditions, history, language, current affairs, and the arts.
PHA is the organization that oversees operations of the Polish Center of Wisconsin. The PHA also oversees, operations and management of the world's largest Polish festival- Polish Fest.
It's our responsibility to make sure that our children and the generations to follow, understand and appreciate the customs, traditions and heritage of their ancestors and everyone who has come before them. Without this historical awareness, Polish-Americans and those from other ethnic origins cannot possibly develop a full appreciation for the richness and diversity that is Poland's culture legacy.
Polish Fest represents a living example of the arts, culture and tradition that is uniquely Polish.
