Since its founding in 1988 as the National Society of Hispanic MBAs, Prospanica has been a steadfast advocate for Hispanic professional achievement and community advancement. Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, this transformative organization has dedicated over three decades to building a supportive ecosystem where Hispanic professionals can thrive and lead. Prospanica's mission centers on empowering and enabling Hispanic professionals to reach their full potential while serving as a catalyst for positive change across American business and society. The organization has distributed over $30 million in scholarships for graduate education, with many recipients becoming influential leaders within Prospanica's professional and university chapters nationwide. In 2016, recognizing the growing demographic significance of the Hispanic community, Prospanica rebranded to broaden its mission beyond MBAs to serve all Hispanic professionals across industries and career stages. Today, the organization maintains a vibrant community of 75,000 members supported by 49 chapters, creating spaces where Hispanic professionals connect, mentor one another, and advance diversity causes in their own communities.
