Located in Tacoma, Rainbow Center maintains a welcoming physical space with consistent daily operating hours, making it accessible to those seeking connection and assistance. The center serves as a gathering place where community members can access lending library materials, utilize computer and Wi-Fi resources, receive advocacy services, and obtain educational materials tailored to their needs.
