About Seafood Night in Turkiye with MezzeMe
Enjoy a night of seafood as you enjoy a tavern-inspired dinner created by MezzeMe chefs. You will not be cooking in this class.
No need to pack your bags for this trip to Turkey! In partnership with MezzeMe, the Cooking School will be transformed into a meyhane (a traditional Turkish tavern) in celebration of the cuisines enjoyed along Turkey’s coastline. Get ready to relax, enjoy dinner, and dive deep into thoughtful conversations alongside an assortment of mezze (cold appetizers), including salt cured fish, hummus, and refreshing melon and feta. You’ll progress to crispy fried calamari and classic grilled branzino before ending on a sweet note with a traditional home-cooked dessert of buttery semolina halva.
Local guest chef demonstration. You will be served dinner, but you will not be cooking in this class. For ages 13 and up. 21 or older? You’ll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your meal.
