Sezar assists both employees and employers across Ontario on all aspects of employment law, human rights and immigration law. He has successfully helped clients navigate various workplace disputes, including wrongful dismissals, severance packages, employment contracts, constructive dismissal, workplace harassment, employer retaliation, human rights complaints and regulatory/provincial offences charges.
Sezar has represented his clients before various courts and tribunals in Ontario, including the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, Ontario Court of Justice, as well the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and Labour Relations Board.
