About Swedish Women’s Educational Association New Jersey
SWEA is a global organization with a unique international network that protects the Swedish language, Swedish culture and Swedish traditions. SWEA is present on all continents in 77 branches, one of which is in New Jersey.
SWEA New Jersey is part of this unique network and has been around since 1986. Our activities consist of walks, lunches, AWs, cultural gatherings, digital webinars and much more. We also celebrate Swedish holidays together. Especially for the newly moved, membership in SWEA is of invaluable help if you want to get in touch with other Swedish women.
